Come experience one of the most popular and exciting sports in the world along with the one Olympic sport in which the United States is the longest reigning Olympic champion in any sport (over 80 years).  What is that sport? RUGBY!!  The Wolf Pack Rugby Club is a youth rugby club that consists of high school varsity, high school junior varsity, and middle school teams.  Our club welcomes any middle school or high school aged boy who is a resident in the  Roseville, Antelope, and Rocklin area and attends any school in those areas, including home schooled youth.  The Club practices and plays at Woodcreek High School in Roseville, California with practices beginning in December with matches from January through March (middle school team) or through April (high school teams).

The Wolf Pack Rugby Club was formed in 2007 after a long absence and we are looking to expand our Club for the 2012 season with new players and more coaches.  One of the goals of our Club is to increase awareness of rugby in the Roseville and South Placer and North Sacramento County communities. Youth football players will find that rugby is a great off-season sport that will enhance their physical conditioning and skill development in the area of teamwork and tackling.  Athletes of other sports such as baseball, soccer, wrestling, and basketball will also find that rugby offers opportunities to enhance their skill level in those sports as well.  Rugby is a non-stop team oriented sport in which all players (not just a few)  are involved in advancing the ball with the goal of scoring a try (similar to a touchdown in football).
Rugby is a fast-paced, physical game in which every player plays both offense and defence and has a chance to score.  In rugby, teamwork is the key to success.
